Why is the value of my item not shown on my invoice?

If you are sending an item to an alternative address, the invoice included in the parcel will show the value of £0.00. This is in case the item is a gift and you do not want the recipient to see this information.

If you do wish to view the amount of your order, you can do this in My Account. Just click ‘Order Status’ and you will be able to view all the details of your recent orders.

If you are returning an item from the EU, please ensure you include the details on your CN22 customs form.
